Steve Sorkin and Dawn Andrews from the Arrive 180 Program.

I’m so excited to announce the launch of Arrive 180, a transformation acceleration program for cross-industry business leaders. This groundbreaking program includes an intensive 2-day workshop, followed by six months of peer coaching and integration sessions. The inaugural session is limited to a maximum of 8 select senior leaders. 

The Arrive 180 program will be facilitated by me in collaboration with Steve Sorkin of Sorkin Human Systems. Together, Steve and I will leverage our combined executive and group coaching experience and business acumen to empower and enable participating leaders to:

• Free themselves from limiting beliefs, triggers, and patterns

• Discover and leverage their untapped potential

• Expand their view of what is possible

• Close perception gaps

• Develop a sustainable mindfulness practice

• Join a community of extraordinary leader peers to aid in their development
